Michigan on the Walton) entrance, Pane Caldo is a Chicago restaurant that its regular patrons don’t want anyone else to know about.   Steps from the Magnificent Mile,  tables staged in the window—reveal Walton Street’s arrhythmic travel flow. Upon entry, the succinctly spaced environ evokes as sense of relaxed elegance.

 

Epicures savor a litany of fresh ingredients. From black linguine drenched in an assortment of shellfish, Maine Lobster perfumed in saffron sauce and stuffed into handmade ravioli or the roasted duck, expect adroit classic concoctions to exceed the palate’s expectations. Meaty entrées such as the New Zealand lamb chop, braised lamb shank and grilled filet mignon boast undeniably delicious outcomes.
