Hugo’s Frog Bar and Restaurant, Gold Coast, Chicago Unlike it’s older sibling and next door neighbor, Gibsons Steakhouse, seafood is the focal point at Hugo’s Frog Bar. Menu items run the gamut from the sea to the land. With plate-licking selections like a macadamia crusted tilapia, jumbo lump crab cakes, New England clam chowder and  signature sautéed frog legs, it’s hard to order wrong at the Gold Coast establishment.
