First, restaurateur and chef Carlos Gaytan of Mexique Chicago provides novice cooks and epicurean spectators a concise culinary study on the fine art of preparing Thanksgiving Day dinner. The hands-on training takes place on November 14 and 21, 2011 in the confines of this best Chicago restaurant for French-influenced Latin cuisine. The cooking lesson involves sampling and savoring the final product, paired to various vintages ($75 per person).

Then Mr. Gaytan is accepting tall orders, from those, who want to deviate from serving the traditional turkey on Thanksgiving.
