Gold Coast Chicago Restaurateur Snags Executive Chef

Did you know Eve (as pictured on the right), is gone?Owner “reconcepts” the Chicago restaurant, formerly referred to as Eve Eve,

 

Restauranteur, Matt Fisher “reconcepted” the restaurant into a moderately priced French bistro, dubbed Bistronomic. The new improved “Eve” has a new executive chef: Martial Noguier, who was snagged an entire half a block north —from his previous helm at Cafe des Architectes of the Sofitel Hotel. 

Bistronomic is slated to open in February, at the same address: 840 N. Wabash in Chicago’s Gold Coast.
